  1. This website (hereinafter the “website”) is provided by Phytotec Hungária Bt. (hereinafter “us” or “we”.

This privacy policy applies to data processing by Phytotec Hungária Bt.

  1. The collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

a) during your visit on our website
During your visit on our website www.phytotec.hu, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:

– IP address of the requesting computer (visitor’s IP address),

– date and time of access,

– name and URL of the retrieved file (specific site),

– the transferred volume of data,

– website from which access takes place (referrer URL),

– used browser, its language and version,

– operating system of the requesting computer,

– the name of your access provider.

The data mentioned beforehand are used by us for the following purposes:

– ensuring a smooth loading of our website,

– guarantee the use of our website,

– evaluation of system security and stability as well

– for further administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. No. 6, paragraph 1 p.1 lit.f of GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data processing listed above. In no case will we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person (“profiling”).

b) during using our contact form

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on our website. It is necessary to provide your name and a valid e-mail address, as we are only able to answer your question by knowing this information. Provision of further information by you is voluntary.

The legal basis of data processing with the purpose of contacting us is your voluntarily granted consent mentioned in Art. No. 6, para.1 p.1 lit. a) GDPR  due

Personal data is stored and processed for the exclusive purpose to answer your specific request. The data will be deleted after completion of your request, at the latest, by the end of the next month after receiving your request.

  1. Disclosure of data

We do not transfer your personal data to any third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your personal information with third parties if:

– You have provided your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a of GDPR;

– according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of GDPR, the transfer is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing the data;

– there is a legal obligation for the transfer of the data according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit.c ) of GDPR. Due to drug safety reasons, we are obliged by law to provide data to authorized authorities (indications of side effects), but this is done exclusively in anonymous form;

– this is permitted by law and according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit.b)  of GDPR is necessary for the settlement of such a contract, where You are one of the Parties.

  1. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small identifier files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software.

There is information stored in the cookie, which is related to the device you are using. However, this does not mean that we become aware of your identity.

On the one hand, we use cookies to make the use of our site more convenient for you. For this reason, we use so-called “session cookies” to recognize if you have already visited individual pages on our website. These cookies are automatically deleted after leaving our website.

In addition to these, we also use temporary cookies to improve usability, that are stored on your device for a specified period of time. When you visit our website again, the program automatically recognizes that you have already been there and what inputs and settings you have made, so you do not have to re-enter them.

On the other hand, we use cookies in order to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our site (see Section 5).

The data processed with the help of cookies are required for the purposes mentioned in order to safeguard our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

  1. Analysis tools

The “Tracking measures” listed below and used by us are based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of GDPR. On the one hand, we want to ensure the ongoing optimization of our website and that the design is tailored to the expected needs. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our site for you. These interests are justified in the sense of the aforementioned provision.

  1. a) Google Analytics

For the purpose of customizing and continually optimizing our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.hu/intl/en_hu/about/), 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; in the following: Google.

In this context, pseudonymised usage profiles are created and cookies (see section 4) are used. The information generated by the cookie about the use of our website such as

– browser type / version,

– used operating system,

– referrer URL (the previously visited page),

– host name of the accessing computer (IP address),

– time of the server request

are transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there. The stored information is used to evaluate the use of our website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website and internet use for the purpose of market research and tailoring of these websites. This information may also transferred to third parties, if this is required by law or if third parties process these data on the basis of a commission. However, under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data provided by Google. The IP addresses will be anonymised therefore their retrieval is not possible (IP masking).

By doing this, an “opt-out cookie” is set that prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website.   1. Social Media Plug-ins

We do not use social media plug-ins on our website. However, our website contains a link to our presence on the social network Facebook on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of GDPR. We would like to make our company and our products better known in this way. Our privacy policy regarding our appearance on Facebook can be reached there.

If you click on the link to Facebook, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are currently not logged in to Facebook. This information, including your IP address, is sent from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the US and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to our website directly to your Facebook account, and may use this information for the purpose of advertising, market research and provision of tailor-made Facebook pages to your News-stream. For this purpose, Facebook uses usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. it evaluates your user behaviour on the basis of how you react to our advertisements displayed on Facebook after visiting our site, and it informs other Facebook users about your activities on our website and provides other services related to the use of Facebook.

If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.   1. Affected rights

You have the right:

-, to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 of GDPR. In particular, you may request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or can be disclosed, the planned retention period, the right of rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing or opposition, passing a right of appeal, the source of your data, if not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information about its details;

– in accordance with Art. 16 of GDPR, immediately demand the correction of incorrect data or the completion of your data stored with us;

– to demand, in accordance with Art. 17 of GDPR, the cancellation of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or public interest;

– to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data according to Art. 18 of GDPR, as far as the correctness of the data is denied by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject their deletion and we no longer need the data, but you claim them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have pursued your right to object in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

– to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format or to request the transfer it to another data manager in accordance with Art. 20 of GDPR;

– In accordance with Art. 7 (3) of GDPR, you can revoke your once given consent at any time from us. As a result, we are not allowed to continue the data processing in the future based on this consent;

– to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 of GDPR.

  1. Right of objection

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit.f) of GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 of GDPR, provided it is grounded, it is out of your particular situation or the opposition is for direct business reasons. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, in case of which we end data management of your data.   1. Data security

We use the Secure Socket Layer method (SSL) during your website visit, in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Whether a single page of our website is encrypted, is indicated a key or lock icon in the headline bar of your browser.

We also take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

If we become aware that your personal data have been unlawfully obtained, stored, processed or handed over to unauthorized third parties, we will inform you and the competent authority without delay.

  1. Updating and changing this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid and is valid as of May 2018.

Due to the further development of our website and our offers or due to changed legal or official requirements, we may need to update our Privacy Statement from time to time.
